9Anime Movie - 9Anime.Movie Anime is Japanese animation, or a Japanese cartoon. It is often referred to by its original term, "Japanimation". The word anime does not mean an animated film from Japan but was created by the American producer of pornographic films Fredric L. Roe for his company Animerama on the old-fashioned Milt Gross publishing label in the 1960s. In order to sell more books and get them into mainstream outlets, he would have to come up with a new format that people could stomach.
